Decent place for the price. I want to have the manager s job. Free rent and a salary but you can never find her when you need her. She is always running errands. Meanwhile, the laundry rooms are full of garbage and dirt and are being constantly vandalized. It is the tenants fault however, as we all are pigs when it comes to public property.
The same is true about the swimming pool. On a sunny day, it is always full of unrestrained kids, even during the hours when you are supposed to rest. They scream and shout, and skateboarded restlessly without any consideration for the tenants. In some countries, parents teach their kids that there are certain hours when they have to be courteous to others. Everybody knows to keep quiet until 10 am on weekends, between the hours of 2 pm and 4 pm when some people take naps, and after 10 pm. It is common sense. Apparently, here, the most important thing for kids to learn, is how to go to shopping malls. If one can disregard all of theses things, this complex is not that bad
