For people, who like it loud - excellent place

I just have looked at about 30 Spanish speaking people at one of the pools, screaming and bathing in their clothes('') and I had the wish to move out immediately. I don?t have anything against any nationality in this world, but I think that it is too much to see one of the residents of Mission Pointe inviting the guests every several days. They occupy pool area, which would not be so bad if there wasn?t the whole screaming and shouting. Would you like to use spa after you saw 10 people sitting there with their feet soaked all day long' Disturbing thing is that this morning maintanance people from the office organized the whole party, pooling the chair out of the small storage near the North Tennis Court. They just privatize Mission Pointe for their friends and purposes and we residents can only helplessly look at it. It was some time (since Michael Langford was here), that the parties were not held, but this summer it started again. There is the problem with the tennis courts, too. They are mostly used by people, who don?t live here at all. If you are resident and wish to play, you have to fight for the playing time.
I have been living in this complex for three years. I saw many managers and office staff changing. I can only remember that Cindy (manager) and John were professional and civil. I am so happy that this web site exist and that I could read these reviews; otherwise I would think that something is wrong with me and not with those
office staff. I very rarely go to the office and always greet them, but they just won?t answer. I noticed that in the last month there were some positive reviews and I think that they were written by Americans.
So it is quite possible that they are extremely unfriendly with the foreigners (without any specific reason).
The apartments are not at all upscale; everything is very cheap from carpets to vinyl floors in the kitchen and bathroom. However architect did it very intelligently so that someone would get impression that the apartments have some touch of luxury. I found apartments in the whole Bay Area mostly awful and compared to them, Mission Pointe is still good. Best review of the complex is
"Bad joke" written some time ago, and I completely agree with that resident.
The complex is well maintained, but that is the reason that the people from maintenance make very much noise.
