Will rip you off on your deposit.....

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
 
Don't expect to get anywhere near your full deposit back.
I did extensive cleaning of my apartment, left paint in very good
condition (didn't hang anything on the walls),left nothing damaged,
yet I got under $30 back. They will find anyway to give you back as
little as possible. Money hungry management.
