1.there?s lots of ant?s & spiders.


2.harry is a real pain to deal with.


3.he?s made many promises he doesn?t keep.


4.the apartment is old and dingy.


5.the laundry facilities are ghetto style.


6.the gym is not free for all tennants to use - you have to earn the key.


7.the cars are towed away if the parking pass is not totally viewable.


8.whenever they do major repairs they shut off the main water to the whole building without any notice.


9.they are very strict about keeping they?re rules enforced (e.g. swimming pool rules).


10.if your kids are too loud and sandy has her window open then she?ll threaten you by telling you to keep it down or she?ll tell harry to talk to the kid?s parent and not let them play in the pool anymore.


11.if you make a simple request for something to be fixed in your apartment you will 90% of the time not hear back from anyone on the first or second call.


12.there is a manhole cover that is held down with a piece of wood. If a car drives over it then the lid will come loose.


13.harry and sandy have built a custom garage for themselves.


14.they seem to keep up with the tree trimming and leaf clearing ? first good thing!
