Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
When we first moved into the apartment, we didn't notice any bug problem. Then we noticed ants start coming in during the winter raining season, spider crawling all over the place during summer, and there are other strange looking insects appearing from time to time in the apartment. I'm not kidding!! And no use talking to manager. He's never in his office! You have to leave a message to make an appointment with him. But he won't get back to you until 2 weeks or more later. In case he doesn't call you back, you just have to keep on calling. It's really bad. *NOT RECOMMENDED*
