I have been living in this apt for a year and it appears a nice place to me - a small community, easily accessible (you dont have to enter underground dungeons) and ample parking space for the residents, spacious one bedroom with lot of storage area, front patios on the 1st floor, lot of privacy etc. The drawbacks are the wall heater/AC old carpets and expensive rent. Overall a good place to live although could have been better for the high rent we pay.
