Bad manager and thin building

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Bad experiences with the manager. The manager actually is the source of many noises but she takes it for granted and complains about others about everything. And she's difficult to deal with and unreasonable. Also dirty laundrary room -- no maintainence at all. The only good thing might be its quite big.
