same manager...another fence recently installed around the swimming pool although there was already a fence. safety issue i guess, since laundry room is in same enclosure as pool. who knows why after all these years.

and guess what' now there is a bbq grill by the pool. big whoopee! the pool is near the manager's unit so beware, she'll be watching your every move.

move in rent is lower than what some tenants are currently paying. does that mean they should move out and then move in and pay less' maybe...
