LAUNDRY ROOM CLOSED 7 WEEKS AGO DUE TO LEAK OR SOMETHING IN CEILING. SO FAR, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE YET TO REPAIR THE ROOF. IT IS A BLOODY INCONVENIENCE TO GO TO THE LAUNDROMAT WHICH COSTS MORE MONEY AND TIME. OBVIOUSLY MANAGEMENT DOESN'T GIVE A RAT'S ASS ABOUT THE INCONVENIENCE IT'S CREATING FOR US RESIDENTS.

MAYBE THE IDIOTS AT OPTIMA PROPERTY MGMT NEEDS ADVICE... REMOVE THE ROOF ON THE DAMN LITTLE SHACK AND REPLACE IT WITH A NEW ONE. EASILY DONE WITHIN 1 DAY. WHAT THE HELL IS TAKING SO DAMN LONG TO FIX IT' MONEY CAN'T BE AN ISSUE BECAUSE IT IS A SMALL ROOF TO REPLACE.

AND DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT RAISING THE COST OF THE WASH N DRY TO COVER THE COST OF ROOF REPAIR. YOU'VE ALREADY RAISED OUR RENT!!!

I'm a tenant too and it is very inconvenient to be without an onsite laundry room for 2 months. The manager likes to give the same -------- story about when the laundry will be getting fixed. They don't even have a good reason as to why it's been 2 months and they haven't done anything about it.
