nice and small complex except... the manager here seems nice when you first meet her but ohhh dont be fooled by that smile. once you get to know the real "her", it is best to keep your distance and avoid her at all costs otherwise she will make your life miserable unless of course you dont mind a little a** kissing, then by all means be her friend. she puts on a tough front and will give you attitude anytime of day if you question her.
ALSO, all tenants get 1, i repeat ONE, carport parking spot but if you are chummy with her then she will allow you to store your second "unused" car in an extra carport (#11). i thought apartment policy was no storing unused cars. hello''' do i smell favoritism here' ridiculous that a single person with 2 cars, 1 which she doesn't use, gets 2 have 2 carports.
AND... there is a beautiful pool that apparently hasn't been cleaned in a while but isnt as obvious as the greenish looking naasty jacuzzi which apparently they're not going to clean because they don't plan on utilising it, yet the management doesnt even bother officially notifying all tenants and only informing a few.
ONE MORE THING... if you have big items to throw away, do it when she's not around or you will get charged for disposal UNLESS OF COURSE YOU'RE HER FRIEND then it's FREE!
