I've lived in palm villa for a while now and every since January of this year I've seen a lot of improvement on their part to improve the apartments looks and overall maintenance , the deal with the managers is something else, first manager was out of control, kicking out families, some racial issues on his part too, and the lady manager we've got now seems completly lost.

I wonder If her hubby gets paid for doing nothing. And the debate rages on why after I and my neighbor heard the fights between her and her husband which were really disturbing and reported nobody has done nothing about it,
That lady and her family really have issues.
Are they really in charge'

THIS GOES TO THE OWNERS, PLEASE GET US A MANAGER WHO CAN GET THE JOB DONE!!!

Whether I live here or not by next year I can say the apartments look good but some of our neighbors are really loud, kids without supervision running and screaming in the hallways and that's disturbing to me and I guess pretty much It'd be for everyone else. Besides those 2 issues, the noise and the poor management which I think could get fixed If we are heard "Palm Villa Apartments" is a great place to live in.
