I moved here a year and a half ago from out of town. The original manager seemed great when I came in the first time. By the time I came in to sign the lease, there was already a new manager. Now we are on our fifth manager and they just keep getting worse. Rumor spread quickly around the complex that the last manager walked in on me in the shower. Now the new manager parks freely in my assigned spot and came banging on my door late at night to raise my rent $200. Not even worth it. I don't even feel comfortable doing laundry or taking out the trash in the evening. Speaking of trash- disgusting! The maintenance staff is friendly but lazy. My crappy ceiling was literally falling off so they sent someone to fix it. Even though it took several hours, he left it unfinished. 6 months later it looks worse than it was. If you are looking for a cheap place to live temporarily then it's one thing. However, I would suggest you keep looking.
