Loved calling Palm Villa our home...

We had lived at Palm Villa for 2 years and only moved out because my husband got promoted and we had to move to Southern California. We loved calling Palm Villa our home. Our apartment had a great floorplan (1 bed/1 bath) and was the perfect size for me, my husband and our 3 year old son. The one bedroom we had was over looking the pool which made for a great view and was in the same area as a courtyard and near the laundry room and mail boxes. Our assigned parking spot was under our apartment which made it so easy with the groceries! Everything in the unit was really nice and the outside landscaping is very pretty with the roses, lilys and palm trees. The new windows made it sound proof so the pool was no issue, just a really pretty view.
The managers were so nice and helpful. They are very personable. They knew me and my husband by name and also knew my son! My son loved them and learned to say their names too. Whenever we would have a work order, Fredy would come by quickly and fix it. My son loved saying "Fix-it, Fast Fredy". He would run up to Edith when he would see her walking around and give her a big hug. For Christmas, she had Santa come to her office. My son was so excited that Santa came to visit! Things like this really set this apartment community apart from any other that we have lived in.
The complex is pretty mellow. Everyone seems to follow the rules. My son loved playing outside and made a few little friends. There are a couple grocery stores near by and access to a lot of different freeways. Downtown Sunnyvale and Mountain View are down the street on Evelyn (you can reach each one by going left or right).
Our son is getting older and we were on a waiting list for one of the 2 bedroom townhouses. If my husband's new position wasn't in Southern California, we would have waited until this became available and never had moved out of the complex.
Our experience here was wonderful!
