This was my first apartment ever. My roof leaked and it ruined one of my pictures. The neighbor across from me had 6 people living in this jr 1 bedroom. 2 adults and 4 kids - where did they sleep - plus they were always playing their music loud. Cinderblock walls and cement floors under the carpet keep no heat in. The patio was really cool - best place for me to entertain. but the apartment lacks storage space. Few cupboards in the kitchen. I had roaches I called about numerous times. My gate swelled shut on me which locked me in on my patio and had to yell for someone passing by to kick it open. My apartment was broken into 3 times and I was also raped there. The parking area didn't get a working light until after my 3rd breakin and my truck had been vandalized. There was management changes 4 times when I was there - including 3 days after I moved in. I had mold growing on my walls, on my carpet and in my windowsills within a month. Management didn't care. I had a great depoit of $99 but when I went to move out I was told I hadn't paid rent for the past 3 months and I also owed them $700 in cleaning costs. Trying to contact the parent company was a joke - I got told to respond to them in writing if I had any disputes.
