When we first we move in,we thought is was a jackpot because we put down a deposit for $99 and the rent was only $645 for a year lease. But then after the lease ,every two months the rent keeps going up. The managers are nonresponsive to the complaints. It will take forever to fix the problem. The roof is leaking, it very cold in the winter and it is very hot in the summer. It is very small and only good for one person. I just couldn't imagine how my neighbors accross manage to live there with their 4 kids. It has no enough cupboards. The closet is very small. The fridge is rusty and when i complained about it they just spray paint on it to cover the rust. The toilet is always clogged. When you call the customer service on Sundays, they will tell you to call the manager. Managers changes very often when we used to live there, they changed their manager 4 times already. Neighbors are noisy. You could hear a lot of foul language from them especially in the morning. Kids are smoking pots in the streets. Not a good environment to raise kids. My truck was vandalized. When we move out they sent us a bill for $590 cleaning and carpet replacement which is really rediculous because we cleaned the place. Trying to call them is not possible, because if you have a dispute, you have to do it in writings. So beware!!! you thought you can save money living in that apartment, you are not!!!! They will rip you off in the future. Make sure that every single room has picture taken before you move otherwise they will charge for the damages more than what you expected.
