Yes, i moved into the apartment about 3 months back on a three month lease. I had to run away at the end of three months unable to live peacefully. I had several bad experiences starting with the day i moved in.

I am listing them out here objectively,

1. After giving the lease application & MO for the lease i did not hear back from them for a week. After waiting for one more week i was about to cancel the MO when i received a call saying the manager had quit, i had to give a new application again. 2. On moving, i was not given the mail box & laundry room keys, etc on move in. I had to make several requests to get one.
3. There is only one laundry room with 2 machines and one was not working fine.
4. The apartment did not have the carpets cleaned fine.
5. LOTS AND LOTS OF BUGS IN THE APARTMENT.
6. The ROOM HEATER WAS NOT WORKING. No one fixed it even after several requests. I was finally given a so called 'temporary' small heater which was totally inadequate which i had to use for the next three months.
7. The apartments windows have gaps which causes the chill to come in from outside in the night.
8. The REST ROOM DOES NOT HAVE A BATH TUB, it only has a small bathing enclosure for bathing which is very uncomfortable.
9. The walls are so flimsy we could always hear our neighbors when they talk, when they use the rest room, itchen,etc.
10. The fridge provided does not work fine.
11. When i moved out i am charged about $650 for painting,etc. SO FORGET YOUR CAUTION DEPOSIT THEY WILL CHARGE YOU A DOUBLE OF THAT.

The only good thing about the apartment is that the neighborhood is silent and pretty good.

Please go through the above & rethink about this apartment.
