I have lived there for 9 months now, and plan on moving ASAP. It's pretty bad. The area and the people are all nice, but the apartment itself is plain silly. You are not allowed to drink the water. The water pipes smell like eggs. They painted over all the door hinges with bad paint. They never fix anything you ask them to. They have had 4 different office managers since I've been there. If you avoid this warning, make sure and take pictures of EVERYTHING, and I do mean EVERYTHING. Not sure of the area. Roundtable pizza won't even deliver here, because they say it is "too dangerous". The best thing is the hot tub.

Just called Round Table Pizza and they said they do deliver and when I asked about whether or not it's dangerous in that area, they were surprised and said, "Dangerous? Why would they say such a thing?". So just wanted to put that in perspective.
