I have been resident at "Parkwood Apartments" for past six years. All I can tell you is I love this place. Apartment is nice, clean and functional and it's truly my home. I have two kids and I always felt that they were very safe playing on and around the property. They are both now in middle school, which is just across the street from our apartment. Needless to say they walk to school and I have no concerns about their safety, (btw school is great!) On the other side of the property is "De Anza Park" which is another great and safe way to have your family play around. Landsaping of the property is absolutely gorgeous, well kept and maintained twice a week, There is a swimming pool and jacuzzi with a beautiful surrounding. There is a gym, the only thing I would like management is to add to it is a treadmill. Professional management and maintenance have always been there for me.
I am unlikely to buy a house which would be the only reason I'd move away from my cozy home.
