Good Neighborhood, bad apartment and worst management

I stayed in this apartment for more than a year just because of the Neighborhood.
It is close to schools and shopping centers and there are great tennis courts just across the street.
Apartments are very old and they have not been maintained properly. Plumbing is extremely bad, especially if you are in a first floor apartment. Walls are so thin that if your next door neighbors have kids who learn piano, you are doomed!!!
I am giving lowest marks to management because when you vacate, don't expect any thing from the security deposit. Even if you have left the apartment in the best possible condition, management will make up excuses and milk every penny out of the security deposit. I lost $650.
