Money suckers and worst management

1. Be careful, worst policy on lease breakage "Rent responsible till the end of the lease or untill apartment is re rented".
2. I lived only there for three months, they charged around $500 out of $650(blind cleaning $70, paint $120 etc..), I kept the apartment like new.
Note - Other apartment in sunnyvale where i lived for 6 months, charged me only $120.
3. Apartments are very small, no reserve parking.
