Lived there for just over a year. The walls are thin, especially the floors. We could always hear the upstairs neighbors walking, showering, snoring, and what not.
Depending on the apt, you might get a nice patio with lots of space, or a small balcony with not so much space. SMALL kitchen.
Management is good, maintenence is good. There's a pool and jacuzzi which appears to be cleaned regularly.
Overall, it was a nice place, kinda miss it ;)
