Overall it was an okay place. Biggest problem was the bathroom/plumbing syste.....we had several incidents of toilet overflows, the water pressure was ALWAYS extremely low in the sinks and worst of all was the smell from the sewage system that would permeate through the whole bathroom -- In fact even the apartment manager acknowledged that it was a known problem for their offices too. One problem with their toilets were they were not properly sealed at the bottom to the floor which in itself was the cause of certain problems.

The management was overall pretty good, although the lady was a bit dishonest and insincere in the end trying to get us to pay our high old rent even when the rents had been lowered.

Lot's of pear trees and very quiet and peaceful complex overall.

Their moving out charges(i.e. paint, cleanup etc) are also relatively much higher than their fellow apt complexes right across the street(Oak Pointe, etc).
