We have been here for over four years, in two different apartments. We were asked to move to a different one due to the overall remodeling. We moved out from the complex recently. The manager will ask you to sign a document said if you want to presented in the inspection. We said we want to be presented. But they did not said you need to tell them when you want to do it. Later after we moved out, they charge us big amount of money and said we give up our right for inspection. Try to avoid this apartment or prepare to see them in small claim court. The manager said "see you in small claim court!"
Don't be fooled by its appearance.
