Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2006
 
old equipments, bad staff , noisy airoplanes, garden not maintained, expensive .
Recently it had an external painting ( after 5 yrs , since I am there ), and they had jacked up the rent. No A/C , Windows loose/gain too much heat. All the kitchen and other equipments break frequently. Staff is not willing to fix. Looking out ASAP.
