onsite mgmt is responsive, thats only good thing about this apartment. Every thing else is bad. Very expensive, they dont change carpets for 15-20years, even though their policy says every 7 years. Old kitchen equipment. Smoke detector hardly works.
My car has been stolen twice in last 5years. I have no other option to live as its very close to my work.

Utilities come to around 90 every month.
