Do not move-in to the "renovated" apartments.
NO on-site maintainence.
NO air-conditioning.
Paper thin walls.
Can hear neighbors on all 4 sides talking.
Traffic noise from all sides as it is surrounded by Mathilda ave, Central Expy and Indio wy.
Airplanes fly low, landing at Moffett field.
New but very low-quality equipment in kitchen and bathrooms and low-quality carpets too.
Lot of insects (spiders, roaches from the gardens and redwood trees).
No roof-overhang so rain falls directly on windows and can seep into the walls and cause mold.
Floorplan is good but very bad construction.
I guess the owners are stingy and do not want to improve the quality of service or equipment. The managers are probably helpless and cannot do much.
