Two months after moving into this apartment we noticed rats coming out from a hole in the wall behind heater ,moving around inside the apartment during nights. upon complaining the management said "its normal to have rats here and we need a proof that there are rats and not a valid reason to break the lease".however they kept the traps and sealed the hole.(killed 5 rats). after 2 months , we again noticed a rat from a hole behind a different heater .
other things for which we do not recommend these apartments are aeroplanes noise as if they are landing right on the top of the apartment, people living upstairs cannot use patio for gardening ,thin walls, very poor quality carpet.
