I really like living at Peartree. I've been here for years and now I'm transfering into one of the renovated apartments which is very nice, new, clean, bright. The management is friendly and the policies seem fare. I haven't had any problems with them. Every now and then someone parks in my carport space, or parks crooked so I can't park in my space. That is annoying but I can live with it as long as its not often. Peartree has a lot better parking situation than some other places I've lived. They seem to have ample guest parking. Overall, I'd recommend this place to anyone who likes trees and a comfortable living environment.
