We have been living here for almost a year. We are also close to the pool and laundry although we haven't had nearly as many problems as one person stated on here. We have had some things that required maintenance (we got something stuck in the garbage disposal, the outdoor electrical socket was tricky to get working, and our shower was really hard to turn, etc) Although most people would just say oh well, I am a very big perfectionist and decided to have them fix it for me anyways. Despite my constant request for them to do practically everything I request they are still very friendly and very quick at fixing the problem. They even call people over from other properties.

I had a potted tomato plant and some little critter ate the tomatoes off it but other than that our outdoor plants have been fine. We had a oriental cockroach problem where they were coming in our apartment in through the cracks in the toilet and in through the bathroom cupboard. One they filled the cracks the cockroaches went away and there was no need to spray harmful chemicals around our baby's toys.

The garden maintenance lady here works non-stop and she is very friendly. Everyone who lives here is friendly in fact. It's a great community and there is never any problems with crime or noise or anything. Our upstairs neighbors complain about the fan in our bathroom being too noisy for them, but, they ask that we not use it after 11pm which is not a real big deal.

I am happy to call this place home and it has a very cozy feel during the winter and it stays cool during the summer. Don't just leave the comments on here to let you decide. Come take a look at the park like setting and the wonderful job Maria has done at making it look great.
