We just moved in a few months ago. This is the nicest place I've lived. I just love it. Can't even think of anything negative to say. The manager, Cayna, is so nice and very professional. She made our move process go so smoothly. The property is beautiful and very well kept up. There is plenty of parking and I really love having a nice place to come home to. I have very friendly neighbors too. Peartree is a great place to live!

I agree the office staff is very professional. Other apartments I've lived in, the managers didn't have a clue. The staff always got back to me within a few minutes if they were away from the office and I left a message on their voicemail.
