Loud Place to Try To Live...

Raise the rent to often, Property not maintained, very very loud neighbors, if you want a lively place move over here, Rules not followed, Garbage space is not enough for the people who live here. Ask for something to be fixed in writing and it still hasn't been fixed. But they raise the rent.
