Too many faults to list

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
I have been living at Reed Square Apartments for little under a year and cant wait for my lease to end. There are a number of issues with the apartment. I am giving my unbiased review.
1.) Residents: If yuo want lower middle class to below average people rubbing shoulders, then call this home.
2.) Maintainence: Only one Asian guy to manage over 200 units! Thats sad.
3.) Managers: I dont know who the manager is. Linda or Mary. Both act like they own the apartment. Rude, insensitive, careless... Lack of words.
4.) Rent: Its cheap, cause its old and isn't the best place to live.
5.) Parking: Never enough. My husband and I can't park our two cars on the property at the same time.
6.) Noise: Generally quite, but at times, its very loud.
7.) Construction: Alas, when will the construction ever end. Linda is "improving" things.... Its been over 7 months and construction at this place hasn't stopped.
8.) Feng Shui: Apartment itself is not Feng Shui complaint.
9.) Location: Intersection of two big crossstrets makes it dangerous for kids.
10.) Age: Apartment is too old and no matter what is done, its not place to call home.
I suggest you go to some other place to get an apartment. Personally I am stuck till my lease ends. Once over, I will be happy I am out of this place.
