First rule of living at Reed Square: Your deposit is gone the moment is taken. You will never receive a cent back.
The managers Linda and Mary are not nice at all. Don't expect to have a decent conversation with them. Once they have your money and the contract the nice words are over. The managers lie all the time, they don't have any respect for you. They told me they will change the carpet before I move in and it never happened.
The apartment is VEEERRY old.
The air conditioning unit is on gas and dangerous. When you turn it on it makes a BIG noise. During the summer time there is no way it can cool your apartment.
The apartment from upstairs has a high ceiling and during summer time it becomes a HOT oven. You can not live inside.
Because the pipes are old, and probably there are animals that died there the smell when you start the air cold|hot is horrible. You would rather not turn it on.
There is no parking space at all. If you have 1 car is ok but with the second car is a pain.
Guys, if you want to have a good life, STAY OUT! THis is just a rat hole. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
