Help. Steve Pavlina is upgrading his apartment and then sending 'receipts' after 3-6 months of the old tenant's moveout, claimimg from $2000 upwards for repairs. He will claim he was not 'informed' of the problems, when you were living.
I have been billed upwards of $2000 for no fault of mine.
New comers dont get fooled. Rent might be $200-300 less than market, but he will claim all upgrades and repairs on you, after you leave.
I am planning small claims court as suggested by others.

take the ba***d to small claims. he tried it with us and got nailed. there is no way he will get away with this criminal behavior

they did not refund any form my $1000 security deposit after I left there for 6 monthes and they told me that the cost for the repair is more than the security deposit amount and they will send me bills for the extra charge... Please email me at against.remingtongroveapp@gmail.com if you have decided to hire a lawer to sue them
