Well I'll first say that the price is pretty cheap for the area. The grounds are always in pretty good shape. Although I have had all my stuff stolen out of my back area one night (I suspect the groundskeepers). But whatever, I should have had my stuff locked up I suppose. Due to the location, a lot of the rooms can be noisy from either traffic, the Albertsons next door, or the community center across the street.
The management is pretty nice, most the people just keep to themselves. All in all, not a bad experience (considering the price)expect for the theft.
