This apartment complex is ok. Nothing quite shouts out to me. There is a tennis court, 2 pools, a sauna, and a hot tub. The manager is also fairly nice. It is right across a park and walking distance to Albertsons and Longs.

Now to the bad part...

First off, forget ever having a clean car here. There is so much pollen from the trees that within a week, your car will have this yellow film around it.

Next...the place is kinda old. The pipes are loud and the appliances inside the apartment are also old.

Lastly, the people. Although the people that live here tend to keep to themselves, they also stare. Perhaps it is just the nationality of the people (not a racist remark but rather a culture remark) but they just stare! I hate it. They also don't seem to move when you drive near them...they just keep on walking in the middle of the driveway. They also have a tendency to take your laundry out of the dryer...even if they only been done for a minute! I know because I've timed it.

Also...I sometimes loss power when I use my blow dryer. This pisses me off because everytime I have to use the blow dryer, I turn everything off (TV, Stereo, etc.)

So all in all...not bad, but sure as hell nothing special. The rent is alright, but could be a LOT better given the age of these apartments.
