I lived here for three years - 1 year in a one bedroom, 1 year in a two bed w/a room mate, and 1 year in a 3 bedroom w/another roommate.
I found the places kind of old (1970's looking) but very well maintained. Grounds are kept nice, two nice pools. Quiet.
Rent is at "market" rates, which means they are fair compared to everywhere else, but you're paying through the nose.
Got kind of screwed when I moved out, they charged me heavily to break my lease one month early - even in a hot rental market.
Covered parking is ok, my car radio got stolen once, but I don't think such things were very common.
Overall, I would recommend it.
