I lived here for last 4 years . Aparatment unit sizers are big in SQ feet comare to other apartment complex in sunnyvale . There is a shopping outlet ( albertsuns, longs drugs and some other small shopes ) which you can walk by without driving your car. The other side of the road is the Sunnyvale cummunity centre which is a nice place to walk and enjoy , also if you want to take small hobby course or small coure then you can just walk to the cummunity centre as it is just opposite of the this apartment complex.

Rent is little bit high if you compare to other apratment complex near by . But before you choose any apratment see what is the size of the unit in SQFT and how much you have to pay.

The management of this apartment is OK and some time may be rude , but I dont care if they do their job ( like fixing the stuff etc)

Parking : evey one get one assigned parking unit, There are many no covered parking, for guest , I found that one side of the complex has lee free parking then the other side and I dont see much parking problem . I have seen aprtments where there is no parking at all for guest.

It has 2 swiming pool and 1 Tennis court ,No gym, Recreation hall is big and free ($100 deposit which they return it )

I was stying here in a 1 bedroom apartmet for last 3 years and kust moved to a 2 bedroom unit 6 months back
