Although the apartments look good, they are old, all appliances and pipes make a lot of noise.The security of the apartments is a big question mark. Albertson next door is doing construction work and continues through out the night and the management does not care.
There are strangers loitering, wining and dining in the hedges and bushes, no problem, nobody cares.
Car tires across the complex get slashed at night but no one cares, if you complain you are given the phone no. of the city public safety office.
Overall a big no-no unlesss you like feeling unsafe.
