Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
1. Kiss your deposit goodbye
2. Get charged for stuff you did not break
3. Face Discrmination if non hispanic
4. The apartment manager maria aras is uncouth.
5. The management does not care if the plumbing is gone for a toss for the guy above and you are swimming in their drainage - they will charge you for that damage in the end.
6. There will be times where you will not have any water - and will have to visit the neighbourhood albertson for your restroom needs
7. Expect your car to be broken in at least once every six months. And the management will do NOTHING to help.
