I can understand why old recommendations are "yes" while the new ones are "no". I have lived in this apartment for 5 years. It was a okay place when I moved in but over the time it kept becoming worse and worse. Every now and then a new clause gets added to the lease aggrement to make your life difficult. I must agree with other reviewers that the management is very rude and unresponsive - never ever trust their words when moving in. You have to pay service charge ($25) for each visit a maintenance person makes to your apartment. Apartments are old but the problem is that most of the equipments inside are apartments are also as old - they are not replaced unless they stop working completely. Carpets have run their life but still finding place in these apartments. I know many people in this complex and their unit condition and experiences are the same.
