They keep adding to the rules. When we moved in we signed up a lease agreement with some rules. If you didn't read or misinterpret any rule they would serve you with a 3 days eviction notice. Some of these rules are so unreasonable that we never had seen in any of the previous place we had rented. Also, some things are so obvious that you wouldn't even imagine that there could be a rule which prohibits it. Even if you spend time to read that thick bundle of rules pages and comply with them they'll soon send another addendum to rules. This is an ever going process. Who has time for all this. When the original lease agreement became twice the size we decided to leave. Some of my friends are still there and I learnt that their rule book is still putting up weight. Well, if you don't mind a very restricted life then it's an okay place.
