Only two persons can stay in a one bedroom apt. If you are having a baby then you need to move out to an 2 bed room apt. This was not there before and they have started sending out notices now and they gives only 24 hrs time for you to choose any 2 bedroom available. That also they won't show us the model apt and you have sign the lease without even seeing the model apt. I heard that it's legal for a 2 person 1 kid to stay in a 1 BR apt.
Lots of Roaches in few apts and management is least bothered abt that..
You can't keep anything in the patio. probably after few days they will come up saying u can't even stand in patio.
We can see a notice and additional rules almost everyweek.
They charge $25 for every single maintanence visit.
Very restricted place to live in..
All the equipments in the apt are centuries old..and even that gets repaired we need to pay for that...
Security deposit is very high($1000) and they won't return you most of it.
Management is very rude and they are racial.
