Terrible, Rude Management - Missing Balcony (With Pictures!)

My balcony was removed without prior notification due to water damage and pest infestation.
Initially, I understood why they did this, since it's a safety issue. But after removing the balcony, the management - Maria Arias and Steve Pavlina - did not take any further corrective action. My balcony was missing for 6 months before I finally just moved out.
My repeated requests for action (both written letters and phone calls) were ignored. I was seriously considering going to Project Sentinel with this issue, but I was just fed up with the whole situation. 6 months without a balcony and no reduction in rent' Come on, guys! You need to get your act together.
I went back there last week and the balcony is STILL gone. Amazing. I feel sorry for whoever is living there now.
Go and take a look yourself -- If you look behind building 12, you'll see that the balcony has been removed from two apartments.
