Very unpleasant experience

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
 
Management seems to find pleasure in harassing the tenants. Even if you decide not to bother with the management and handle maintenance etc. on your own, they manage to find things to make you deal with them and unnecessarily trouble you.
