This apartment and its owners/management are the worst I have seen in my whole life.

First thing, this apartment management is horrible. They have the least interest in helping new tenants. They never pick up the phone. Give a call and I can assure you 100% that it always goes to their voice mail. They Never answer the phone except if the tenant calls several times and leaves several messages.

No wonder, the management was sued recently in court for harassment and paid 100K for out of court settlement.

They have fines for everything, if you forget keys and get locked out, you need to pay $60 each time someone from the management opens the door. If you lose keys, you need $50 for replacement. WTF, these guys use basic keys similar to keys at home depot and it costs like $1 to make a key.

The apartments are infested with cockroaches. I have tried every possible means to get rid of the roaches and they always come back. Mind you , even if you keep your apartment as clean as a royal palace, the roaches come back. Perhaps it has something to do with so much landscaping and flimsy walls.

what do you think we can do.. I am stuck because of my lease & recently they have added draconian clauses essentially making the the tenant pay whole remaining lease amount irrespective of who breaks it. I plan on at least taking it up with local authorities at the least.
