Previous case is exactly similar to mine. I had argued about FCC violation for not letting me keep dish on the patio, they sent me eviction notice and did not let me continue my lease. I was forced to move out about a month ago. Now sent me a move out charges of $1400 !! I think its the standard amount. Do you have an ongoing harassment problem with them. Is so lets get together and file a harassment complain with sunnyvale authorities. They are going after me for very minor issues normally never thought by any tenant. And I believe they are going to do this to every Indian resident in this place. I used to live there, but I moved because of the problems that they have with maintaining the place and all kind of stupid rules and regulations.I was happy to get 1/2 of the deposit back. Who is the Manager of the property now? They are terrible! So the owner is the great speaker and motivator Steve Pavlina? Why does he not motivate his people to do their job?

We have moved out and suspect the same.They did an 'inspection', but looks like will claim all his repair on us, which are wear and tear. Any advise on this. Do we need to pay for wrong charges on the deposit and if we want to dispute and not pay what is the best way?

they did not refund any form my $1000 security deposit after I left there for 6 monthes and they told me that the cost for the repair is more than the security deposit amount and they will send me bills for the extra charge...
