This is terrible place to live. I heard so many terrible story from their tenants.
Some have been charged due to some ridiculous reason, such as charge 60 if you forget to bring your key, charge $25 $ 75 or more when you try to keep environment recycle of papers but only because put outside the dumpster, or hang some clothes outside your room, they charge your 60 too. When you leave, they usually won t return your deposit even though you keep your room very clean and you have to pay them $1000 deposit when you move in. They charge you carpet replacement for $1000 and plus more than $300 or $ 400 to clean a one-bed room apartment. Can you believe it'
But it is really happened to me and my other friends ..Please do not put you in this terrible place

I suggest that all of us who has any issues, pls file a complain with project sentinel. They are already investigating them and better to give them ample grounds to show a pattern here.

Please send me your email, if you want to claim a dispute with this kind of landlord. We would like to collect as many as possible and hire a lawyer to sue them. My email is "alive_marc@yahoo.com", so far, I have received 3 cases they did not want to return their deposit after they move out.

This is really a terrible place to live. I heard from one of their tenants that they have been asking them more than $4000 to repair a bathroom where the fault is on the management. I felt really bad for them. So please avoid this apartment as much as possible and spread these words to your friends.

Is this true? Pay $4000? It is extreme highway robbery. So it means we are lucky to pay around $1500 when we moved out. Where is justice in the US?

Folks: justice cannot be served if you don't take this SOB to court. The least you owe yourself is to take his sorry ass to the small claims.
