The worst experience we have had in 20 years of renting. Make sure you do know what you are getting into before signing up with these perverts and have a good lawyer on your side.
The manager and the owner are very rude and make every effort to discriminate on racial basis. And send eviction threats and notices at the drop of their hats. Here are a few more hazards of living here...that is if you are not evicted earlier:
--The place is creeping with roaches irrespective of what measures are taken and how clean the place is kept.
--The excuse for roaches is the "apartment is not clean", "kitchen is not ---- clean", irrespective of how much ever you keep the place clean. Any further complaints are retaliated with threats and notices of eviction on flimsy excuses of lease covenants violation.
--They rent apartments to pedophiles with out notifying the neighbors about it.
--The place is also infested with spiders, dust mites and termites. The manager makes no effort to exterminate them.
--The patios are falling apart and structurally unsound. But they won't let even kid's toys show on them.
--Repairs and maintenance of ALL and ANY types are always charged back to the tenant.
--Outside premises are never cleaned and if they are, it charged back to the tenant.
--The furnishing and appliances are pre-historic from the 80's and no one bothers to replace them unless they stop working, and in that case, the tenant HAS to pay for the replacements.
--The windows and doors are very well ventilated!
--Manager barges into the apartment for "inspections" at a moments notice along with her maintenance personal.
--Be prepared to see your car get vandalized regularly and often!
--The heating ducts and vents are infested with dust mites. Make sure you have an excellent health plan.
--They keep adding clauses to the lease so frequently that we have lost track. Some of them are out right illegal and with an intent to gouge.
--Oh, and did I mention that the kitchen gets frequently flooded with sludge from upstairs apartments every now and then.
Overall I would say they are asking for a class action lawsuit here. Just waiting for some of the folks around us to get a bit organized. Definitely not worth living here...well unless you are are a lawyer or know one very well.

Speak to project sentinel. These people are doing it with an intent and are malicious. I suggest to all Asians living here, if you don't want to live with this harassment, consider not renewing your lease. Even if you have not been targeted now, believe me YOU WILL BE. They will do it methodically and systematically and you won't even know what hit you. This place is horror show. Save your sanity and get out while you can. Make sure if you are harassed you report to authorities.

Well, I regret so much of signing up for a full year, the owner is a jerk, laundry rooms are one more horrible thing to add up to the complaitns, I wish we all together can do something about it, hes is been harassing not only indian and asian people but latinos too.

Good for you, you looked at the right place and heeded the advice. They are trouble, unfortunate for us these reviews were not there, or were not as bad, when we came here. But now you know. I regret so much that I saw this post till today. This place is really horrible, noisy, bad management, The window panels are leaking, bathrooms have really loud noise whenever your neighbor use theirs. my car got hit on the parking lot. The worst part is that managers are rude and lie on your face. I am going to move out soon, and expecting getting lawsuit again them. If anyone has anything experience regarding the lawsuits, please share it with us who suffered by renting there, thanks.

I agree with all of the above and even when you want to sign for a lease over these, Beware that you make sure that they show u the same apartment that you going to live in, Because these management has cheated many of my friends. These people showed my friends a good unit and made them to sign for a unit that doesn't have a patio and if they ask management they say those the extra amenities that they have provided and they cannot do anything about it. This apartment management is really rude and will not provide with any amenities or good services. So please if you can avoid renting here, it is be great for u.
