Undoubtedly the most horrible place I have stayed. Rent is so high for this dump. Very very rude management. I requested for a pest control and later I get a a 500$ fine for the most ridiculous reason - "I was responsible for spawning of roaches in a heavenly place". I asked them to prove it but all they said was that I'll have to leave if I don't pay up within a month. Please forget the deposit and be prepared to pay more. I had to paid 500$ deposit when I moved in. Later when I renewed my lease I was again asked to pay another 500$ as a deposit (god knows why) - Me being an idiot savant, paid it thinking I'll get it back anyways. Finally after I moved out, I got a receipt for 1600$. My 1000$ deposit was gone and on top of it, I had to pay another 600$. Reason - they don't consider the usual wear and tear a place would take if somebody lives there for 2 years. I hired professional cleaner to clean it up before I left - all went down the drain. Then why the f**k did I stay there for 2 years' It was because of my situation then - didn't have a car - workplace was was within the walking range - and other stupid reasons.
All in all - please stay away from this place' Its just not worth it !

I think they should shut down DFEH. They are the root cause of this renewed harassment for every one around there. DFEH filled their pockets and now let loose a extortionist against ex & current renters to bear. We will petition the gubernator to stop funding these idiots. They can only take actions but not prevent any retaliations and instead create a MUCH bigger problem then there originally is. These idiots are hands in glove with big lawyers and are getting well paid off to not take actions when their interests are taken care of. Welcome to kalifartnia
